1) Surah Al-Fatiha — The Opening Chapter of the Holy Qur’an

- Praise and glory of Allah — He is the Lord of all worlds, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate.
- Recognition of Allah’s absolute authority — Owner of the Day of Judgment.
- Monotheism in worship — Worship only Allah and seek help from Him alone.

- Following the path of the righteous — Those upon whom Allah has bestowed His favor.
- Seeking protection from the path of the astray — Those who incur Allah’s wrath or go astray.
(2) Surah Al-Baqarah — The Cow, the Longest Surah in the Qur’an

- The Qur’an as a guide — Directions for the God-conscious (Muttaqin).
